The Lazaro Scholarship

Fall 2025 and Spring 2026

This scholarship was created and named for a young man, Lazaro, who optimistically persevered through many obstacles to contribute to the world through service and duty. This fund will grant scholarships to students who exhibit the following preferences: are full time, matriculated students at Western Connecticut State University; first generation, and demonstrate financial need.
