Barbara Joy Kessman Scholarship

This scholarship was created with a donation from a family member who would like to have this scholarship named to honor Barbara’s memory. This scholarship was established in order to provide financial assistance to matriculated Western Connecticut State University Nursing students accepted into their second year of the BS in Nursing program who demonstrate financial need.
