  • Additional Requirements: First Generation, essay, attend November 6th event

  • Submission of Post-Acceptance Materials

This scholarship does not automatically renew for subsequent academic years.

  1. I have attended or am planning to attend the First Generation College Celebration event. (Please note, the attendance list from this event will be checked against the list of applicants for confirmation. Only students that attended the event will be considered eligible.)

While it’s fine to use tools like AI for brainstorming or editing, the essay should reflect your personal thoughts, experiences, and individuality. Please ensure that your essay is not written entirely by AI and includes personal examples and anecdotes where appropriate. Your unique perspective and voice are essential to helping us understand who you are and why you deserve a scholarship.
