News-Times/Stephen A. Collins Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship was established for undergraduate communication students interested in journalism and writing, with 45 credits and who reside in a town served by The News-Times. It was created by The News-Times in memory of Stephen A. Collins, a News-Times employee for more than 50 years.
