The Justin Winiewski Firefighter’ Scholarship Fund was created in honor of Justin Winiewski, a firefighter who passed away in 2005. Applicants must be a current firefighter in Connecticut or the child, step child, sibling, spouse, or grandchld of a firefighter in Connecticut.
